I have been turning segmented bowls for only 2 years. My wife and I used to "Snowbird" in Tucson, AZ and it was there I was introduced to pen turning. While in the Park shop I observed others turning segmented bowls and thought that would be fun to do. Fast forward, we now live in Newton, Utah (north end of Utah near Logan) and I finally have a shop to work on my projects. I learned of the Wedge Pro on good ole You Tube, bought one from Mike and haven't looked back. I do whine a lot when I buy wood since it does tend to be pretty pricey, but you learn to make the best use of the wood.
